1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of getvoxora.com and the Voxora AI application (the “Service”), operated by Voxora AI (“Voxora,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. The Service

Voxora provides AI-powered mock interviews, resume-based interview generation, DSA/skill-building resources, job-matching, and related career-preparation tools. Some features are available free; others require an active “Ultimate” purchase (see Section 5).

  • AI-generated content is not professional advice. Interview questions, feedback, scores, and job recommendations are generated by automated AI systems (including third-party models) and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. They are a practice and preparation aid only — not a guarantee of interview performance, hiring outcomes, or career advice, and should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
  • We do not guarantee that using Voxora will result in a job offer, interview call, or any specific career outcome.

4. Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • You may delete your account at any time from Settings; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data on deletion.

5. Ultimate plan, billing, and renewal

The Ultimate plan is ₹49 for a 30-day period, purchased through Razorpay Checkout as a one-time payment.

  • This is not a recurring subscription. We do not store a mandate to charge you automatically, and your payment method is not billed again unless you deliberately start a new purchase.
  • Ultimate access lasts 30 days from purchase (or, if you renew before your current period ends, 30 days from your existing expiry). You can renew any time from Pricing or Settings.
  • There is nothing to “cancel” in the traditional sense — simply don't make another purchase, and your access reverts to the Free plan when your current 30-day period ends.
  • Prices may change with prior notice; a price change only affects purchases made after that notice, never a period you've already paid for.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or submit content (including resumes) that is fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the Service, our infrastructure, or other users' data.
  • Circumvent rate limits, subscription gating, or other technical protections.
  • Upload another person's resume or personal data without their consent, or impersonate another person.
  • Use the Service to generate content that harasses, abuses, or harms others, or that violates applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, at our discretion.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the resume, voice recordings, and other content you submit (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to operate and improve the Service for you — for example, processing your resume to generate interview questions, or sending your voice input to our AI processors to generate a transcript and feedback — as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it for purposes beyond providing the Service to you.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, DSA question sets, learning resources, and underlying software (excluding Your Content and third-party content), is owned by Voxora or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written permission.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Firebase (Google Cloud), Groq, Vapi, and Razorpay. Their availability, performance, and terms are outside our control, and any interruption or issue caused by a third-party provider is not solely our responsibility, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-GENERATED FEEDBACK AND JOB RECOMMENDATIONS MAY BE INCOMPLETE OR INACCURATE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOXORA AND ITS FOUNDERS/OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR CAREER/EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ₹500, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Note: liability caps and disclaimers like this are a starting template, not a guarantee they'll hold up — enforceability varies by jurisdiction and consumer-protection law, especially for consumer contracts in India.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Voxora harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the Service (in whole or part) with reasonable notice where practicable.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service. If you are a consumer located outside India, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your local jurisdiction may still apply and take precedence over this clause.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the “Last updated” date, and for material changes we'll provide reasonable notice (email or in-app banner). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
